Before you write

A price looks wrong. Where can I check it?

Once a puzzle has ended, its product, game price and winning range are on the Costcodle answers page. A game price is a snapshot from the puzzle list, not a live Costco price, so it can differ from your warehouse. If the product or its image is wrong, tell us below.

The puzzle won't load. What should I do?

Reload the page first. If it still fails, tell us which page it was and which browser you use.

How do I report a problem with the rules?

The rules engine that scores every guess is open source. Problems with how a guess is scored belong in the costcodle-rules issues on GitHub.
