Costcodle Unlimited is the practice mode of the Costco price guessing game: take an item from the past, guess its price in up to six tries, then move on to the next one whenever you like. There is no daily limit, no sign-up and nothing to wait for.
What is Costcodle Unlimited?
Costcodle Unlimited is a separate page of this site where the puzzle never runs out. Instead of one Costco item per day, it deals you a random item from earlier days, and when you are done it deals another. Every photo, title and package size belongs to a real puzzle that has already been played, and the rules are the ones you know from the daily game.
Only finished puzzles are in the pool. Today's item, and yesterday's item while players can still finish it, are never dealt, so Costcodle Unlimited cannot spoil the daily game. Your daily progress, streak and statistics stay untouched. Think of it as a warm-up lane beside the main game.
How unlimited rounds work
- Wait a moment while we find an item. The photo and the name appear above an empty receipt.
- Type a price in US dollars and press Submit. You have six guesses, and each one prints a line on the receipt.
- Read the tag on every line. Higher or Lower points the way, and a Close tag marks a guess inside 25% of the price. Land within 5% and you win the round.
- See where the item came from. When the round ends, the receipt shows the game price, the winning range and the number of the original Costcodle puzzle.
- Press Next item to keep going, or Share to copy your result.
Not in the mood for an item? The Shuffle button on the corner of the photo deals a different one, even in the middle of a round. A shuffled round is not counted as played. The page keeps a short list of the items you saw lately in its memory and asks for something new, so repeats are rare during one visit. New to the rules? Both modes use the same receipt, the same six guesses and the same feedback. What changes is everything around the round.

What's in the Costcodle Unlimited pool
Costcodle Unlimited draws from more than 1,100 past puzzles that reach back to September 2023. They come from the same question bank as the daily game, so a classic bulk buy from last spring can show up right after an item from last week.
Every price is a snapshot taken for the original game. It is not a live Costco price and may not match what your warehouse charges today. Shelf prices drift with the calendar and the region, so treat the game price as a practice target, not a shopping reference.
A few photos are fetched only when a round starts, so now and then an item takes a little longer to appear. If one cannot be found, the page tries another, and if nothing is ready you can press Try again.
Tips to guess Costco prices faster
- Start in the middle. Open with a price near the centre of what the item could cost, then halve the distance after every Higher or Lower. It is the quickest way to close in.
- Read the size before the price. A 48 count box and a 12 count box of the same snack are worlds apart, and the size in the name is part of the clue.
- Learn the Kirkland Signature price points. Warehouse staples such as olive oil, nuts and paper goods sit in familiar ranges, which turns a round of Costco trivia into a quick win.
- Respect Close. It marks a guess inside 25%, so nudge your next guess a little in the arrow's direction instead of jumping.
- Learn from misses. After a lost round, study the winning range. Seeing the answer is the whole point of a practice mode.
Is there an official Costcodle Unlimited mode?
We are not aware of one. The original Costcodle game is a daily puzzle. This site is an independent fan project that follows its puzzles and their order, it is not run by the original game and it is not affiliated with Costco Wholesale Corporation. Costcodle Unlimited here is our own practice mode on the same question bank, and other sites with an unlimited mode are separate projects.

Is Costcodle Unlimited free?
Yes. Costcodle Unlimited is free, needs no account and runs in the browser of a phone, a tablet or a computer.
Does Costcodle Unlimited affect my daily streak?
No. Unlimited rounds are separate from the daily game. They never change your streak, your saved statistics or the anonymous results other players see.
Can I skip an item?
Yes. Press the Shuffle button on the corner of the photo at any time to get a different item, or press Next item once a round has ended.
Will Costcodle Unlimited show me the same item twice?
Rarely. While the page stays open it remembers your last twenty items and asks for something else. Refreshing the page starts that list again.
Are the prices live Costco prices?
No. A game price records what the original game listed for the item, so it can be far from today's shelf price at your warehouse.
Can I play a specific date or puzzle number?
Not in this version. Costcodle Unlimited deals past items at random, and choosing a date or a puzzle number is not available.
Are my scores saved?
Only for the visit. Games played, wins and average guesses are kept in memory while the page is open. Nothing is stored in your browser or sent to us, so a refresh starts a fresh count.
Can I play Costcodle Unlimited on my phone?
Yes. The layout is one column with large buttons, so a quick round fits on a phone.
